The company has been on the market since 1970. Founded by Stanisław Kleszcz, the enterprise became a family business represented by the following generations.
The initial stage was a period of providing metalwork services and producing finished parts in a cooperative system.

A significant event was the introduction of our own products in 1977 in the fom of tow hitches for cars and light commercial vehicles.

The fluctuations of the economic cycle induced our return to the provision of metalwork services in 2004. The company operates in this form up to this day.
Currently, we produce the parts and subassemblies for different branches, such as agriculture (cooperation with UNIA-FAMAROL Sp. z o. o.), logistics (complete equipment of intermodal containers), heavy industry (high-volume lifts) on the basis of provided models or technical specifications.
